Offgrid Daily had six hours of footage from a 30-day challenge, and viewers were leaving their long videos in the first 90 seconds.

What I did
Rebuilt the story around one question: will he make it to day 30? I cut the intro from two minutes to 18 seconds and added a running budget counter, so viewers always knew the stakes.
