Who I am
This site belongs to Theo Marsh, a freelance video editor. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Theo Marsh. If you have a question about your data, email theo@yourdomain.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send: your name, email and project details when you email me or book a call.
Basic, anonymous analytics about visits to this site, such as pages viewed, device type and country, so I can see how the site is used.
How I use it
To reply to you, plan and deliver your project, and send invoices. I never sell your data, and I won’t add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Third-party services
Calls are booked through Cal.com, the site is hosted by Framer, and some videos may be streamed from YouTube or Vimeo. Each service has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.
Cookies
This site only uses the cookies it needs to run and to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
How long I keep it
Project emails and files are kept for up to two years after a project ends, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time. Email theo@yourdomain.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
